I had arranged to meet up with Ian white for a few hours after work on Saturday afternoon at around 2pm the weather forecast was for sunshine and showers you know the typical summer weather we have here in the UK and after a quick chat with Ian who filled me in with the bird movements before my arrival the spotted flycatchers began to show quite well and I was fortunate enough to grab a few action shots early on and due to the fact that we were shooting in a light wooded area with lots of shadows I had to use a higher ISO speed than I would normally use to try and freeze the action and then reduce the ISO if the bird perched which was exactly what happened a few hours later and I was able to capture these images posted below so a big thanks to Ian and I hope to be able to return the favor at sometime or other cheers mate I will also post a link below these shots if you would like to see more flycatcher images in the main galleries, and many thank`s for visiting my blog.
